Probably hardware from the noise of the switching supply. I added an exponential decay filtering algorithm which has improved the jitter.

Hi @ziyasal, I'm also interested in helping out with Firesharp, probably focus on streamlining the event-streaming. Good to see you updating the TemporaryCache.cs to solve the malformed tree issue. Anthony
This issue should be resolved with the most recent 4.1.0 release. I have been able to use the 4.1.0 dist directly in WebWorkers now greatly speeding up computations :)
