PTB sound not able to play mono sounds

2021.2.3 using anaconda python 3.8.8

Failed to index file /filename.JPG: No MIMEType in EXIF data: /filename.JPG

I also tried renaming, [test.zip](https://github.com/pulsejet/memories/files/13504540/test.zip) but sadly it did not change anything :(

RuntimeError: memory access out of bounds

I am running into exactly the same error as @teewhey .
