i have this problem before, it seems the tensorflow version is not compatable, then i change the tensorflow to 0.12, then it fixed.

个人测试了，使用deepsort不怎么占用时间，不信的话可以在demo里面把track那些注释掉，然后就跑yolov3，发现帧率差不多，我跑这个yolov3和deepsort也是差不多的速度，但是我之前用cuda8+cudnn6+tensorflow-gpu=1.4.0，差不多是9fps,然后换环境到cuda9+cudnn7+tensorflow1.10.0发现，还变慢了，差不多6fps，可能环境也有关系
