about matching detections and trackers

hi helper ... can I take the principle you used for matching detection and trackers and use dlib for creating a new tracker for the unmatched detection?

I tried SSD detector with VGG-16 base network (pretrained on voc dataset) and add dlib tracker. but it is too slow to the extent that it can not be used...
