I'm facing this issue as well. Attempting to fill the sector of a polar heatmap with diagonal stripes when the data for the sector is null, indicating lack of collection...

I would also like to see this. Open sourcing this tool could also help improve palette generator tools such as ColorBox, tints.dev, and huetone.ardov.me.
@lumosminima turns out the [source](https://github.com/radix-ui/website/blob/main/pages/colors/custom.tsx) is open, although you'd have to build your own tool based on it to do what you mentioned.
