Thanks. @knolleary has put it better than I could have. Another thing is exec and daemon nodes seem to handle carriage returns differently. I know I "keep saying it" but...

Thanks, Gary, weirdly, the zone you call Preston's is definitely set to 50m in the Home Assistant config. Unless there's somewhere else it could be set to 150m, I'm confused....
