Fände ich auch super, allerdings wäre es wahrscheinlich sinnvoll auf einen Adapter zu setzen der generell Android TV (über ADB?) steuern kann und sich nicht auf die Shield zu begrenzen.

Strange, says msvcr100.dll is missing but is in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 

Its working now. Thanks. Reinstall didn't help but after that I removed the msvcr100 file manually and after another reinstall it worked.

I have now tried to add the fingerprint (no idea if I did this correctly, but the device was at least displayed as NEO 07046L and the data points were...
