Oh ok, I cleared out `/tmp` (we're on linux). It seems like some telemetry is getting through, our dashboard on the portal is populating and live metrics are coming through....
Clearing `/tmp` worked temporarily. But it fills back up after a bit. It's weird because I see telemetry coming through.

We're seeing this too. Because of issues like #452, we're trying to rebuild the `ClientInfo` instance ourselves with UAFullVersion hints, but we can't because the UserAgent constructor only takes 3...

I want to chime in on this, too. I have a *new* Functions app with a consumption plan, and I'm getting this error when our GitHub Action does a deploy....
