If the user is not a public member of the organization, you can't tell if the user is a member of the organization using the old API

## Bug List - 模型列表删除后首页 MenuBar 菜单中依旧存在，点击后报错，还需要手动删除菜单选项 - 使用创建的新用户首页用户信息卡 loading，导致 HeaderDropdown 组件无法显示，无法退出登录及进入个人中心 - 新用户被分配通知相关所有权限后，登录后 /notice/unread 接口依旧 403 - 新用户被分配模型列表所有权限后，重新登录后无法显示新建模型 ## Feature Suggestion - 模型生成后，点击生成代码，再次编辑模型无法再次应用更新。建议直接禁用修改或支持模型 migrate 到库中
