quodlibet.py can't find a module

Just executing quodlibet.py, **environment.py** can't find the module "gi" though seems to be installed cause I have already installed it and a couple of dependencies. Im using MSYS2 64. ...

Can't backup files and blacklist not working

### Describe the bug In my backup-list i have: ``` - glob: "*.json" format: "Backup-server-%FORMAT.zip" create: true ``` but it won't backup all files that are JSON. Not even one....
