Bootstrap v4.x offers a nice component called `Carousel`: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/carousel/ This ticket depends on ticket #674 . We need to refactor the front-end framework first. cc @tyranja

@skade Ja, das ist gar nicht so einfach, inklusive Communities zu gestalten. :) Bin auch dafür, dass wir uns Unterstützung holten sollten, da dieser CoC momentan eher von Menschen verfasst/bearbeitet...
