try out `ncdu` its a great way to see what is taking up your space 
I tried making an issue on this #1628
So the screenshots are from google cloud shell mobile
Dose the issue go away when you reload the app (closing it from task manager and reopening it)
If the issue doesn't go away after that try reloading explorer from task manager.
