Image not showing up on android

Seems the image is cached but on console, I see the following:

Handling local request: http://localhost:3000/file/data/user/0/com.cloudvcard.app/cache/image-loader-cache/490471702 But only shows the little icon on android that image could not be loaded.

i had the same problem on Devices of android 9 , but android 5 work fine, any solutions?
