ability to open a directory

right now, we can only open the file using micro. however, it would be great to be able to open a folder instead

want to improve dx. will bring the ide experience a little closer (like vscode, u can open the app, but not a specific file). but then it is advisable to make sure that when closing the file, the micro does not close, so that when closing it again (ctrl+q), the micro only closes. What about this possibility?
