Small mid-air extrusion near tops of Top_Corner_x4.stl

Prusaslicer ver. 2.4.2, 0.2mm layer height, Layer 283 (Z 56.6) there's a little floaty bit where the screw holes begin bridging together.

I think if you either size-up or size-down those holes, you could get that very small problem to slice correctly. Definitely not a problem if a little blob sticks to a wall, but I figured I'd let you know. :)

I sliced this with my usual settings, 4 walls, etc. But the issue persists when using the recommended print settings in the README
