Carriage returns (\r) are preserved when uploading to USS (lts-incremental)

I think ZosFilesUtils.normalizeNewline can be called on the buffer before uploading it to avoid preserving the \r\n line ending.

The referenced issue #235 has been resolved. It is not clear what this issue is asking for that is different from that issue. Therefore, I am closing this issue.
