Notify and resolve misuse of Zowe Branding

Onboarding has identified several assets within and beyond the Zowe Community that are not abiding by the Open Mainframe Project Zowe branding guidelines. https://openmainframeproject.org/branding-guidelines/

The assets include:

1. A VS Code extension: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=Zowe.secrets-for-kubernetes - the Zowe Logo has been modified

Note that the Zowe Secrets for Kubernetes logo was developed by the Linux Foundation's creative services.

Discussed on the 12/13 Onboarding call. We (@RASakach ) will make suggestions to the owners of the repos / web pages the address the misuse of Zowe.

@balhar-jakub : let's confirm how we plan to execute on this.

@KUGDev It seems that Open Mainframe Project has concerns about the branding for some areas around the Explorer for IntelliJ.

Reviewed and agreed on the proposed changes in both the git repo and the web page. We expect these updates to happen the week ending 3/28. Once confirmed, we will close this issue.
