Describe the bug Automatic PR generation for message changes only works for v3.x.x branch: https://github.com/zowe/api-layer/actions/workflows/docs.yml

Expected behavior It should run for both v2 and v3, as both are in active maintenance and could have changes in messages not properly reflected in the docs.

This is by design. Supporting more than just the default branch is an enhancement.

There is another issue with this topic and that is the fact, that the Zowe docs for v2.x stream aren't primarily a separate page.
