Dynamic diff based off worker pass

Hi,

I think this feature would really help streamline the configuration process and make mining even simpler not to mention, I would think this would use less resources since it would only have to listen on one port. It would also allow a worker address to have several slower miners hooked to one address without inflating the DIFF too high beyond the miners efficient abilities

It would be nice if the stratum port could do both VARDIFF as well as static/user defined diff based off their workers password, since the pass is irrelevant anyway.

So, if a pass is non-numeric or does not match a x2 pattern VARDIFF (or perhaps a definable list of accepted diff's) would be used. however if a pass is 1,2,4,6,8,16,32 etc.... is used, the diff will be what is specified.
