I would like to know if we can implement new algorithms locally after we cloned the project on our computer?

The RavenCoin Community and FIROORG actually published respectively their own Stratum Pools: RVN - https://github.com/RavenCommunity/kawpow-stratum-pool and FIRO - https://github.com/firoorg/ref-stratum-zcoin. Which is very similar to your node-stratum-pool.

Any inputs/help/documentation on how to do it our-self?
