new pool setup

Hi, i have setup a new pool with this setup guide here. So its running, but:

  • i have 2 miners with rate from 500h to 1600h, there are still no blocks ?
  • the wallet demon, is it recomend to startthe wallet demon with rpc option ?
  • Admin panel is not working ?

You cant take blocks with 1600 hash you need min: 700 000hash=700khs
