Pending approval view not showing

Maybe related to issue #418

• The Android device scans iOS devices' QR code.
• iOS has not accepted or declined the friend request.
• The Android device opens iOS profile, taps 'chat icon'. Chat view opens with no 'pending approval' view shown.
• Android can send iOS a message. iOS has not accepted the friend.

So this is something to discuss.... since you can now get an OMEMO key from someone even when they are not yet your "friend" (i.e. approved your subscription), we no longer need to show the "pending approval" message. You can start sending them OMEMO messages right away, even if they are offline.
