Migrating "your Zom Account" is possible for every Account

Hi , i have some XMPP Accounts which aren't on the Zom Server. Nevertheless i can tip on the accounts, tip on the upper right corner and tip "Migrate Account" The Message is then: "We need to upgrade your Zom account to a new Server. We can automatically upgrade you to provide the best performance" The same message is even possible if i use a home.zom.im account to create a second one^^

Bug report:

1. It would be great if this Massage Could be adjusted.
2. Don't let the app create a second home.zom.im account if the "old" one is already on the server...
3. This isn't translated to german, I will try to change it
