Additional Hidden AI Package Removal - CBS Path does not exist

Describe the bug When Removing Additional Hidden AI Packages runs, for some reason the UI is saying that the path does not exist when it does - it's also an uncaught exception.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I'm not actually sure? I ran it as admin twice and got the same result both times
