apns-collapse-id support on iOS local notification

This question has been asked in this issue: https://github.com/zo0r/react-native-push-notification/issues/401. However I wanna ask if this has been supported already and if this is possible with local notifications

Yeah we can create new notification by dismissing an existing one, however this results on flashing of the notification like shown in this video (2nd iPhone). however the desired outcome should be like on the first iphone
