ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'webdriver_manager.utils'

how to fix it? I get some error just like "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'webdriver_manager.utils'" I use python 3.6.8 when I try to start the server(python3 manage.py runserver) I copied it from my local to the cloud server
