Does this work with actual Xbox 360 consoles?

The reason I ask is because I've been showing my friend a 360 game and he wants to try it. I'm planning on designing a client that will capture input and let him play 360 games through my capture card. I have the PC-side client almost finished, haven't ordered the teensy yet though.
