Add Kurdish Language Support

My friend and I decided that it would be nice to translate the Credo into Kurdish. We just completed the translation, which can be found in the README_KU.md file.

I thought it would be nice to translate the ZK Credo to Kurdish. Am I doing something wrong? If yes, I want to fix it. @0xsisyfos

Hey @eminmtas Thank you for your messages, and contribution. Last December we stopped accepting translations for the ZK Credo, if we change these plans, we will let you know.
