Support connection to local db file

Describe the feature:

When I use Attu to connect a local milvus db file created by pymilvus, for example: /app/milvus.db it raises an exception like this:

Name resolution failed for target dns:/app/milvus.db:19530

Or an alternative to easily start a host with a db file
