Not to able to connect aws s3 url while performance test for vectordb benchmark

Hi,

I have setup vectordb benchmark tool on GCP cloud . Can we use only aws bucket url while performing performance test on vectordb benchmark url

getting error while connecting aws s3 url :

botocore.exceptions.ConnectTimeoutError: Connect timeout on endpoint URL: "https://s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/assets.zilliz.com/benchmark/cohere_medium_1m/shuffle_train.parquet"

Please suggest
