disable ajax-buttons after usage

Ajax-buttons need to be disabled after they have been pressed to avoid duplicate actions.

Can you point out what AJAX buttons this would apply to ? I actually can't find any Ajax buttons :-)

This was a cozi ticket.

There are some ajax buttons if you open a message in the inbox/outbox views.

The refresh is also not working.

I fixed the ajax calls. A good error handling would be nice for the future.
