Lock Topics by Age

Thanks for working on Dizkus!

Wanted to get this feature request listed. In some forums it is undesirable to have old topics "resurrected" instead of the poster starting a new topics.

The new feature would be a configurable option by Category or Forum to automatically lock topic when the last post in a topic is past a certain age (number of months or years). Ideally an automatically locked topic would display a notice something like "this topic atuomatically locked due to age, please start a new topic".
