fix mail2forum and rss2forum
@landseer @hvorragend @ccandreva @phaidon @Guite does anyone know what is the purpose of these two files? I need some help understanding what they are intended to do so I can make it work in the new version. or maybe someone wants to help? :grinning:

note to self: due to refactoring, this may require a new column for extsource in the Forum entity.
Hi! Mail-To-Forum is a great feature, which should continue with the new version of Dizkus. For example i need it to receive news and show them in a center-block or side-block. Also you can use it for communities to send an email in copy to this Forum, whitout to write the content again. Please develope it further!
@Knollo - thanks for responding. Do you have a site where this is in use that I could see? Also, you mention "receive news" - do you mean from your own site or another?
I used mail2forum years ago while migrating from an email listserv over to a Dizkus forum. I was able to route all the emails that were still going to the listserv on to a forum at Dizkus. Worked ok as I recall but all the emails had to go to the same topic I believe.
I used it on a community site to let people post by e-mail and to archive external mailing lists at the site. It worked well but I had to migrate to a version that did not support it anymore. Would like to see it again.
