Extension host terminated unexpectedly

Issue Type: Bug

Whenever I open VSCode (with Rmarkdown files) it gives me a message after a few minutes saying "Extension host terminated unexpectedly more than 3 times in the last 5 minutes". After that, the rmarkdown chunk separators are out of place.

After running Extension Bisect, it identified this extension as the culprit, and the problem stopped after disabling it.
