Moving away from JCenter

Hello

I'm wondering if you have any plans already to move away from JCenter and publish this to maven central instead? In regards to https://jfrog.com/blog/into-the-sunset-bintray-jcenter-gocenter-and-chartcenter/.

Hi @ziggy42, due to the jCenter shutdown, the kolor artifacts are no longer available, although mvnrepository still shows the metadata.

Could you please publish kolor to Maven central?
