Z2M crash after i made restart

Description of the issue

With version: 1.37.0-1,if i hit restart zigbee2mqtt bridge button,or if I restart zigbee2MQTT,all mqtt devices became unavailable.The only solution to return to normal is to shut down HA(not restart,but shutdown).After downgrade to 1.36.1 version.the problem disapear.I also downgraded to HA core, to 2024.4.4, believing that the problem is from HA, but the problem persists. So the problem is with the add-on, at version 1.37.0.
