Support Pytorch 1.7 or above

Does the repo support pytorch1.7 or above ? If not, could you consider updating the repo to support that for the use of 3090 GPUs ?

I am not actively maintaining this repo. The ImageNet training code has been migrated to https://github.com/zhanghang1989/ResNeSt
