Examples failing with Mosquitto broker with QOS > 0

When running with QOS > 0, the nmqtt examples don't appear to work with the Mosquitto broker. The broker logs show a "client disconnected due to malformed packet" for the nmqtt subscriber. Setting the QOS = 0 in the examples allow the messages to be sent and received using the Mosquitto broker.
