Loading a collection-based instance still results in loading all of the workshop mods instead of selected ones.

Update: Looks like it's because when you're already running steam, this conflicts with Multibound 2 since the program runs steamcmd to download workshop mods (probably a redundant feature now since cucklefish decided anonymous users, and by extension GOG starbound users, shouldn't be able to download workshop mods anymore) and probably maybe to also load the mods.
