QA was assigned to closed issue and it is not visible to QA

QA was assigned to closed issue and it is not visible to QA There is an issue that I had to resolve. 1 I made a PR 2 PR was merged 3 one user was assigned as a QA 4 QA said quality is acceptable 5 I asked an issue owner to close the issue, since my PR is merged and problem is solved. 6 Task owner closed the issue 7 QA was assigned to closed issue (what for?) 8 QA does not see open task for that (I just checked the agenda of the assigned user)

As QA said here https://github.com/yegor256/cactoos/issues/608 it is not an issue, so I close it.

@nick318 I believe as per Yegor's comment it is an issue. It was unclear for me previously.
