Hi zer0n, Can you add MXNet、Petuum、IDLF、Neon to the list and compare them.

Hi @huawei-bigdata ,

Will do when I have the time to use them and study in more depth. If someone has experience with one of these packages, (s)he certainly can contribute by adding a new file reviewing, e.g. MxNet, using the same structure, and send a PR.
