Due to restrictions on some work laptops it might not be possible to install Eclipse Plugins through the tool. This was also reported in Zephyr Discord: https://discord.com/channels/720317445772017664/720317445772017667/934275842509520947

Can the Readme be updated to include a link to download the Zephyr Eclipse Plugin archive file. This can then be installed locally as an archive.
