README instructions on how to install delete_file.lua on OSX?

Every time I get a new laptop, it takes ages for me to figure out how to get delete_file.lua working from a fresh mpv install.

Could you add README instructions on how to install delete_file.lua on OSX?

It depends how you want it configured i.e. Move or Delete files. It should work without any configuration if you simply want it to delete files. What issues do you have with installing the script?
