Make the OWNERS dialog able to not filter dead players out

Is your feature request related to a problem? It's more of an inconvience than a problem, but I am trying to change a respawn module (see #456), which requires to able to access dead players in the list.

Solution you'd like: I would like to see the OWNERS dialog be able to have a setting for filtering dead players: Only alive players, only dead players and both. Or maybe even custom filters?

Alternatives you've considered: Another solution could be to add another type of dialog that is able to select multiple items from a list. Currently I don't think that is possible outside of the OWNERS dialog.
