Feature Window Navigator: Cycle thru the list with the shortcut

Is it possible to change the Window Navigator so that i can cycle tru the list with the shortcut?

Pressing the shortcut once opens the Window Navigator, pressing it again selects the item in the second list, pressing it again the third item... and so on.

In this way the cmd+tab would be obsolete and you can also select windows of windows :)
