Setting to hide description text if Better Rolls for 5e description option disabled

Example:

• Create an actor
• Add a dagger to the actor via dropping from SRD compendium
• Enable the auto-generate description setting

In this situation, the flavor text of the dagger will appear in the monster sheet after the auto-generated description.

Proposal:

Better Rolls for 5e has a "description" text-box that is by default disabled for items such as these. In the case where we can detect that the description is disabled, do not display the item's description
