Upgraded to Angular 12, Structure is little but different but see it makes sense to have it like this.

It seems the current project has been abandoned. It might be time to create a fork that can hopefully be maintained?

I tried to use your fork. I am trying to customise the library. But when I am trying to build it, it creates blank QueryBuilderModule like:

export declare class QueryBuilderModule { }

Am I missing something here?
