Forms: 3rd Party Integration — Settings Service Bars Will Not Expand

The drop down bars for the different services I am trying to hook into can only be opened immediately after you create them, then you can't open them again once you've saved your inputs. I am new to this so obviously I am not filling in the information correctly, however I can't go back in to edit them so I am just continuing to create new (and error-prone) service integrations.

Any help would be appreciated as I only really need 3 or so of these and now I have a laundry list of broken service integrations, when I ultimately do figure out how to do the inputs so that my form can populate into Pardot I don't want to have multiple contacts being created
