None support for other language

https://github.com/zapier/email-reply-parser/blob/f67a872de3c7bebe3bd836afec60ab3f1201e8a6/email_reply_parser/init.py#L40 when I change email language, it does support to detect that language.

Hi I think we might work to add additional languages in a fork of this library.
