Support EKS Pod identity

Hi, I did not want to post on a closed ticket, this one https://github.com/zalando/postgres-operator/issues/2605

The answer in that ticket basically say ¨use IRSA¨, I don't get it. is it possible to use EKS Pod identity for backups.

Thanks for this truly amazing operator, I found few with this quality.
